Korum provides browser-based video meetings for teams that need reliable collaboration inside GoSec Cloud. Start instant sessions, schedule meetings, share screens, record approved calls, and capture transcripts or summaries when enabled.
Create, join, moderate, record, and review secure browser-based meetings in Korum 2.0.
Covers the Korum browser workspace, guest join flow, room controls, recordings, history, settings, and optional Ask Korum view. It does not cover LiveKit, SIP gateway, or Kubernetes administration.

Use the room identity and pre-join preview to avoid entering the wrong meeting or exposing media unexpectedly.
Join from a meeting link or room ID and verify media before entry.

Hosts are responsible for admission, participant conduct, recording authorization, and the use of external bridges.
Use the in-room toolbar to control what other participants can hear and see.
Use the toolbar indicators before speaking or showing video.
Choose the specific window or tab that contains the approved material.
Keep the shared-surface indicator visible and avoid opening unrelated windows.
Stop the share as soon as the required material has been presented.
Only the intended audio, video, or selected screen surface is transmitted to the room.
Maintain the approved participant set and respond to disruptive or unexpected access.
Match waiting participants to the invitation list before admission.
Mute or remove a participant only when meeting policy permits.
Pause sensitive discussion, remove or deny the participant, and verify the room link distribution.
End the meeting for all participants when the session is complete.
The room contains only authorized participants and closes cleanly at the end of the session.
Start and stop recording only when recording permission and participant authorization are present.
State the purpose, retention, and intended audience before starting.
Use the room recording control and confirm the active indicator.
Stop before off-record discussion or at meeting end.
Open Recordings or the room-specific recording list after processing.
